Registering for the conference is a commitment to pay for the registration and not intended to "hold a spot". If you fill out the form, and hit submit, you are considered registered and payment is expected.
The following cancellation policy applies to the regular registration rate:
- More than 60 days prior to the event registration will be refunded less a $250 processing fee.
- From 59-30 days prior to the event registration will be refunded less a $350 processing fee.
- From 29 days prior up until the event there will not be a refund, substitutions are allowed.
Requests for attendee cancellations must be in writing.
