NAWLEE is offering an array of sponsor and exhibitor packages. In addition to the packages, NAWLEE has add on items and is wiling to modify packages to suit the particular needs of your company or agency.

Please note, that hotel codes are provided after sponsorship has been paid or other arrangements made with NAWLEE staff.

Exhibitor and Sponsor Notes

Booth space includes pipe and drape, a table, two chairs, waste basket, and location signage (standard booth 8x10, and poster session booth is 10x10)
The number of full conference passes are listed in each sponsor and exhibitor offering
Additional conference tickets must be purchased through general registration
Electricity is not included
No outside food or beverage distribution is allowed
NAWLEE will provide shipping contacts and information
Move in is April 13 from 4-6PM and April 14 from 8-11am
Exhibits will be open April 14, 3-6pm (during registration and reception), April 15, 2025 7-5 and April 16, 2025 from 700am-130pm.
Exhibits must remain up until the closing at 130pm on April 16
Exhibitors and Sponsors holding a full conference pass are invited to all the session (unless marked active law enforcement only), the welcome reception and all day time meals.
Tickets to the awards banquet are available for purchase.
