NAWLEE Awards
In addition to the Glass Ceiling recognition and Scholarship that NAWLEE provides to those attending the banquet, there are several awards for which members can be nominated.
- The Women Law Enforcement Executive of the Year Award is for a sworn member of an agency that has demonstrated outstanding leadership.
- The Professional Staff Executive of the Year is for a civilian department member who is an executive-level member of NAWLEE and supports NAWLEE's mission to Lead - Inspire - Mentor.
- The Professional Staff Associate of the Year is for a civilian department member who is an associate-level member of NAWLEE and supports NAWLEE's mission to Lead - Inspire - Mentor.
Review the criteria on the individual page for each award and be sure to submit your nomination by December 31, 2024.
The National Association of Women Law Enforcement Executives, Inc. (a professional association) and NAWLEE Foundation, Inc. (a charitable and educational organization) are founded under the Internal Revenue Service Codes, 501(c)(6) and 501(c)(3) respectively.
