Registering for the conference is a commitment to pay for the registration and not intended to "hold a spot".  

The following cancellation policy applies to the regular registration rate:

• More than 60 days prior to the event registration will be refunded less a $175 processing fee. 
• From 59-30 days prior to the event registration will be refunded less a $250 processing fee. 
• From 29-15 days prior to the event, half of the registration fee will be refunded.
• Within 14 days of the event there will not be a refund. 

Until the day of the event, substitutions are allowed.

Exhibitor Booth - $1,750 - includes booth, table, chairs, wastebasket, and one full conference pass. (contact NAWLEE at conference@nawlee.org for the member small business rate and code).

Sponsorship opportunities are detailed in the prospectus on the Sponsor and Exhibitor page.  When registering to sponsor or exhibit, please provide the name of the primary contact person. Onsite representatives will be registered separately. 

The hotel code is provided to attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors after payment for registration is received.
