Mesa Police Department Women’s Leadership Symposium Series VI:
Initiatives to Maintain a Diverse Workforce in Law Enforcement

Furthering the interests and efforts to increase recruitment, training and retention of women in Law Enforcement has many benefits.  Women make up 50% of the population, and it’s important that agencies across the country are accurately representing the diverse communities they serve.

Join us for the sixth event in our Women’s Leadership Symposium Series to learn more about the initiatives within our Department and City, and to hear from agencies working at a State and National level, to increase retention and encourage promotion of women in law enforcement.

The symposium is open to all staff members of Mesa PD and neighboring agencies, and will be followed by a lunch break with an opportunity to network.

A mentor training session will be held after the lunch break and is open to a limited amount of participants.

PLEASE NOTE

Each event requires a separate Registration

We encourage supervisors (Sergeant/Equivalent and above) to register for this valuable training.
