Exhibitor and Sponsor Notes

• Booth space includes one pass, pipe and drape, a table, two chairs, waste basket, and location signage
• The number of full conference passes are listed in each sponsor and exhibitor offering
• Additional conference tickets must be purchased through general registration
• Electricity is not included
• No outside food or beverage distribution is allowed.
• NAWLEE will provide shipping contacts and information
• Move in is on April 22, 2024  400pm-600pm  or April 23, 2024 800am-Noon
• Exhibits must remain up until the closing on April 25, 2024 at 1:30PM
• Exhibitors and Sponsors holding a full conference pass are invited to all the session (unless marked active law enforcement only), the welcome reception and all daytime meals. Banquet tickets are available for purchase.

The following events take place in the Exhibit Area. 

• Registration and Reception April 23, 2024 200pm-600pm. 
• Networking and Lunch on April 24, 2024 in the vendor area. Vendors open 700am-530pm.
• Vendors are invited to join us for the opening ceremony and breakfast April 24, 2024 730am-930am.
• Breakfast on April 25, 2024 in the vendor area. Vendors open 700am-130pm. 
• Exhibitors are encouraged to contribute to the silent auction and to coordinate raffles with NAWLEE for exhibit area drawings
